Please download the Registration form and the Release form by buttons below, fill them out and email them back to Mel@MSquareddogtraining.com to set an appointment. You may also go to our online scheduling/payment system (See Book Appointment button below) to book a class/group of classes/private lesson or Introductory lesson.

TO BOOK A GROUP LESSON:
For new students we highly recommend our New Student Intro lesson at 50% off regular price. Please email to schedule.
Tap on “ join a group appointment ” ….you will see this below the two large names listed.
Then pick your day the Group Lesson is on and tap on the Lesson you would like to join.
It will then ask you if you are an existing client or new one?
If NO you will be prompted to create an account before finishing the scheduling.
If YES you will be prompted to login to finish scheduling.
